Delivery of products to West Malaysia within 3 to 8 working days (dependent on the schedules of our courier services partner).
East Malaysia and International Delivery:
For East Malaysia and International deliveries, the timeframe may vary from few weeks to two months depending on the destination location and the schedules of the forwarder.
Receiving Items for West Malaysia Customers:
Upon delivery, the customer or a third party appointed by them must inspect the item(s) and surroundings carefully. Any damages detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and Kim Ban Hin Trading Sdn Bhd, and the goods should be rejected and returned to Kim Ban Hin Trading Sdn Bhd.
Receiving Items for East Malaysia and International Customers:
For transactions involving East Malaysia and International customers, Kim Ban Hin Trading Sdn Bhd operates under Ex Works (EXW) terms. Customers are responsible for purchasing insurance to cover any accidents that may occur during the entire shipment process.
Upon delivery, the customer or a third party appointed by them must inspect the item(s) and surroundings carefully. Any damages detected should be immediately reported to your insurance agency for insurance claim purpose.

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Once the order has been assign to courier service, any change of delivery address will not be entertain.

Warranty and Repair:
Kim Ban Hin Trading Sdn Bhd equipment is engineered for high performance and reliability. If your product breaks down within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it for you, Subject to Terms and Conditions.
Warranty Coverage Period:
Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and extends until the end of the covered period.
Exclusions from Warranty:
Warranty claims do not cover any accessories damage.
Warranty claims do not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or other non-manufacturer-related causes.
Depending on the assessment, Kim Ban Hin Trading Sdn Bhd will determine whether to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product. The final decision rests with Kim Ban Hin Trading Sdn Bhd.
Terms and Conditions:
The claimant is responsible for delivering the defective product to Kim Ban Hin office for diagnosis/repair or replacement. claimant delivery is available during regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) and excludes weekends and after office hours. The diagnosis process will not be carried out until the customer delivers the complete machine with its parts and accessories.
Upon completion of the repair process or if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, customers are required to collect their product within 14 days from the date of Notification. Failure to do so will result in a storage charge of RM100.00.
Kim Ban Hin Trading Sdn bhd is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from theft or other incidents if pickup isn't completed within 14 days after notification.
By submitting your unit for repair, you are deemed to have waived any claims of compensation, monetary or otherwise, to which you may be entitled, and you agree to accept any compensation, by which we may deem fit to offer in our absolute discretion. The provision of compensation under this paragraph is subject to the provisions of this warranty.
Kim Ban Hin Trading Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge a service fee for out-of-warranty repair/service of any nature and shall not be deemed liable if the conditions are not met.
Customer Agreed that a Diagnose Fees will be imposed if it not within the warranty period.
